Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Vigfast platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Vigfast for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Vigfast platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Vigfast at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Course Access and Content
When you enroll in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, images, exercises, and assessments, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Vigfast or its content providers.
You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any course content without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute spam, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
- Share account credentials with others
Payment and Refunds
Certain courses and features may require payment. All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy or required by law.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect courses already purchased.
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vigfast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from Vigfast.
User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the platform, including comments, feedback, questions, or other materials, you grant Vigfast a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vigfast. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Vigfast shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.
Disclaimers
The materials on the Vigfast platform are provided on an as-is basis. Vigfast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Vigfast does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its platform or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
We do not guarantee that course completion will result in specific outcomes, certifications, employment, or financial success.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vigfast or its suppliers be liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform, even if Vigfast or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vigfast in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vigfast, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Modifications to Terms
Vigfast reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform or any part thereof.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our platform and supersede any prior agreements we might have had.
